Dr. Ahonsi Simeon Ohiren has a degree in Urban and Regional Planning (1998). Graduate member of Nigeria Institute of Town Planners (GMNITP) with several years of practical experience in Real Estate Development and Property Management. Dr. Simeon Ahonsi was recently conferred with an Honourary Doctorate Degree by the European American University. He has been conferred with several awards to his credit. Mr. Babatunde Loye has a B.Sc degree in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a MBA from the University of Kent, United Kingdom. Given his accounting and business background. Mr. Babatunde Loye is a seasoned financial professional, having worked in the finance industry for a number of years in Nigeria and presently in the United Kingdom. He is currently an Area Sales Manager of ALICO Insurance company, a subsidiary of the AIG Insurance Group, where he manages a team of 30 sales consultants. Also Mr. Loye has a special interest in the real estate business with a personal portfolio of his own. He brings on-board his wide business and sales knowledge, as well as an insight into the real estate development from an international perspective.
